whose goal is to help raise funds for their charitable organization.
Celebrate Express will donate one birthday party package (of equal or lesser value)
for every birthday party package purchased by members of your organization. Note:
Celebrate Express will donate up to $75.00 in product.
To be eligible for a donation, please provide the following items:
A completed order form, which would also include the requested donated items from
inside your Birthday Express catalog, or from the "Catalog Orders" section of our
Web site.
Payment for ½ of the product total, plus shipping for the total order.
A formal procurement (donation request) letter on the letterhead of your organization.
