Pop Princess For a day!
- manicure set
- colored hair extensions
- princess glitter tattoo
Start the festivities by letting your party guests get glamorous! Every little girl wants to be a princess almost as much as they want to be a pop sensation! This way they can be both! Designate an area in your party space called the “Tiara Transformation Station” and let guests transform from drab to fab before the party starts!
Divide the party guests into 2 separate teams. Place one of each item in suitcases or laundry baskets at the “start” line. (Have 1 basket for each team). When you yell go, have the first child of each team start to put on the clothes. Once they have on all of the items, have them run to a designated area (use cones or some other kind of marker) and back. Once they get back they pass the clothes to the next child. As the first child removes the items, the next child puts them on. When all items are on, the process is repeated. The first team to have all of their members run the course wins.
- 1 chair for each party guest
Don’t get caught without a throne! This amazing activity is based on the birthday party game classic: musical chairs. (Dress up the chairs however you’d like to give them a more throne like appearance) Arrange the chairs in a circle but be sure to leave enough space for walking between each chair. Turn on some fun party music and have everyone walk around the outside of the circle. Once the music is stopped everyone is to race for a throne and sit on them. The player left without a throne is out. Remove one chair and repeat. The last princess sitting is the winner!
Estimated Time: 30 minutes
- 1 ½ cup of cream cheese
- 1 large cucumber
- 16 slices of bread
Dainty and delicious! First, spread the cream cheese on each slice of bread. Place 4 slices of cucumber on 8 of the slices of bread and cover with the other bread slices. Remove crust and cut sandwiches into ¼ slices. (Makes (32) ¼ sandwiches)
Sparkling Princess Punch
Estimated Time: 5 minutes
- 3 qt cranberry juice cocktail (chilled)
- 1 liter of 7up (chilled)
This sweet sparkling punch would please any little lady with royal tastes! Pour your juice into a large punch bowl followed by the 7up and stir gently. Serve in fancy champagne flutes so your party guests really feel like they’re getting the royal treatment!
Estimated Time: 1 hr 20 minutes
- prepared sugar cookie dough
- edible glitter
- baking sheet
- princess cookie cutters
These royally delightful desserts will surely be a hit! Grab a package of prepared cookie dough from the grocery store and roll it out on a floured cutting board. Cut out your cookies using our Princess Cutters and bake the cookies as instructed on the package. Let the cookies sit for about 15 minutes, then sprinkle with the edible glitter!
Veggie dip in a Pumpkin Bowl!
Estimated Total Time: 20 minutes
- 1 pumpkin
- veggie dip
- red bell pepper
- yellow bell pepper
Serve a colorful vegetable platter for your little princesses! Hollow out and clean a small pumpkin, fill with the dip of the guest of honor's choice and place in the center of the platter so the veggies can be dipped!
