Divide the players into two separate teams. Place the dress-up items in each of the laundry baskets at the "start" line. When you yell "GO", have the first child of each team start to put on the clothes. Once they have on all of the items, have them run to a designated area (use cones or some other kind of marker) and back. Once they get back they pass the clothes to the next child. As the first child removes the items, the next child puts them on. When all items are on, the process is repeated. The first team to have all of their members run the course wins.
How Many Pink Pearls?
Before the party, fill one jar with candy. Pour them out; count them; then pour back into the jar again. Save the number, and at the party, invite everyone to guess how many candies are in the jar. Set out slips of paper and pens for your guests to write their names and guesses on. Ask everyone to fold the slips and put them into the second jar. The winner who guesses the closest number wins the Sixlets!
A Princess Premiere!
Get guests in the mood for a princess party by playing the birthday girl's favorite Disney Princess movie while you finish up the final details – such as when you need a little time to light the candles, or quickly set up a game.
Disney Princess Pull-String Piñata
Piñatas are always a hit at birthday parties. Give your pretty princesses a treat with the Disney Princess piñata, which perfectly matches your party theme! Pull-string piñatas are especially fun, because kids choose a ribbon and pull together—so everyone wins! They can also be opened the traditional way (by hitting it with a stick) – either way, remember to add the piñata fillers and let the festivities begin!
Estimated Total Time: 20 minutes
- American cheese
Prepare turkey sandwiches (or the guest of honor's favorite sandwich) and use our princess cookie cutters to transform your party platter into treats fit for a fairytale!
Pink Marshmallow Fluff
Estimated Total Time: 30 minutes
- 1 box (3.5 oz) strawberry Jell-O
- 1 container (12 oz) Cool Whip
- mini marshmallows (the assorted flavors bag works the best)
- 1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple
- 1 can (15 oz) mandarin oranges
- ½ cup of shredded coconut (optional)
Creamy, dreamy goodness! Mix the gelatin and cool whip together (you want to be sure that all of the powder is dissolved into the whipped topping – this will take a little bit). Fold in the mandarin oranges, pineapple, coconut and marshmallows. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow the fluff to set.
Sparkling Pink Cake Pops
Estimated Total Time: 20 minutes
- 24 doughnut holes
- 1 package (12 oz) candy melts
Not only are these cake pops easy and delicious, they are also an impressive visual addition to your buffet table. Begin by sticking a straw into each doughnut hole (this will be the stick to hold on to the pop when you take a bite). In a microwave safe bowl, slowly melt the candy melts (not too fast - you do not want the candy to burn) per the package directions. Dip the donut holes into the candy melt and sprinkle with pink edible glitter. Set the cake pops on wax paper and allow them to cool. Serve with Pretty Pink Punch!
Fairytale Fruit Platter
Estimated Total Time: 10 minutes
- strawberries, sliced
- pineapple chunks
- cantaloupe, sliced
This colorful platter will really wow party guests! Arrange all of the fruit (except the blueberries) on a square platter leaving the middle open, in which you will place a small bowl of blueberries.
