Foil balloons make decorating for your party easy and fun. Add to a balloon bouquet or tie to the birthday child's chair for a great look! Includes (1) Foil balloon which measures approximately 18" in diameter. Pattern is printed on both sides of the balloon - may have two different images on either side. Add Ultra Hi-Float balloon treatment, latex balloons, curling ribbon and balloon weights to create a truly uplifting arrangement.

Title: Dull but Nice

My 3 year olds loved these balloons but I was a bit surprised to find the coloring quite dull compared to what is shown here in the picture.

Title: Oz Balloon a Winner

Even the lady who filled the balloon for me (when I went to pick up the other balloons) commented on this balloon! She said they get asked all the time for Oz balloons, and where did I get it??!! I was happy to tell her! It was a great addition to my brothers OZ party!

These were a wonderful and durable product! They made it through my daughters 3rd bday party and are still going strong 2 days later. Took them to a local store and had them put in a bouquet of latex balloons in the colors of the rainbow- so they were 'Over the Rainbow'! My Oz lover loved these balloons!
