Title: Cute, but small and falling apart

The costume is just as adorable as advertised but too small; it says it would fit a girl size 4-6 but was way too short for my size 5 daughter. The dress was thin and one of the straps was already hanging by a few threads. I could have fixed it with needle and thread and my daughter would have gotten a couple of wears out of it max but the size made ita moot point. Toto was great, though. I called to return it and had no problems. I bought the licensed costume on this site in the same size and it was perfect!

Title: Disappointed

I was very disappointed when I received this costume. When I opened it, one of the buttons was broken and I found a box of cereal in the package with the costume. My daughter wore the costume for the first time to a fall festival. The festival was only three hours but by the time we left, both straps had broken and the blue skirt to the apron was ripping away from the rest of the outfit. The material of the costume was soo cheap. I really expected better!

The dresses fell apart after 2 times th tied them on The good n ews is i called and they sent me a return lable and I am going to get a rtefund

Title: Halloween Costume for Toddler

I have made the Halloween costumes for my grandchildren until this year. I relied on Celebrate Express to substitute a costume this year - I was not disappointed. This was a cute little dress that came with a little 'Toto' dog for the pocket of the dress.

Title: Dorothy Costume

VERY CUTE My daughter won 2nd place in a costume contest. Wish the Dog could attach somehow, I tried sewing it on with a ribbon but it kept coming out & tripping her. One of the straps came off by the shoulder. To be expected with the thin material. I got a good deal so not that big of a deal & can fix it. Would buy again. still SUPER CUTE,

Title: VERY POOR QUALITY

I bought this costume because it looked so adorable. My daughter is just under 2 yo and wears a size 2T. I ordered the Toddler 2-4 size. The costume arrived and it is such poor quality. It is so small, it could fit a doll. I am actually packaging it up and returning it for a refund.
