Title: Picture is a little misleading

The picture shows two balloons, so i was a little shocked when i only received one balloon. Product was great though, and very cute!

Thank you for your inquiry! In regards to your question, all of our balloons are shipped deflated/flat. You will need to have them inflated/filled at your local store or purchase one of our helium tanks separately. Please feel free to contact us if you have any other questions.
