Title: Awful Purchase!

These hats were so poorly designed, it is ridiculous. You have to assemble them yourself. They do not assemble into a circle shape. They are so cheap and awful looking and the strings for the hats don't even fit on an infant's head. Needless to say, we couldn't use the hats. Worst purchase ever!!!!
