I put these on and they rolled down. Do not buy if you have "thunder thighs" I am not a huge girl either!!

There were cheap $1 thigh highs. I am used to Leggs Queen with the nice silicone band. These barely came over my knees, there is little eleastic at the top..(definitely no silicone, and the toes are not reinforced). So I will not wear them. I bought two pairs. The back seam works. If you are smaller than 175 pounds, add a garter and dont mind non reinforced toes, then they are fine. I like to buy hose bigger so they don't have to be STRETCHED. Getting a straight back seam is a joy...he he. So they are average. FUN...and price was excellent.
