Spot clean.

Does not include shoes.

Title: not worth the money

im a big fan of robocop n when i saw this i had to get it but i felt they could of done better...the amor ripped easily n the helmet was ok not great. i wouldn't recommended

Title: Decent...

I am 6'1" and 190 lbs... By measuring myself, the site said I should get a Medium... I am very happy I got the Large size, because it was even almost too small. All in all, I think the costume looked great, but was cheap for the cost. When I first put it on, the muscles/shielding started to tear off of the fabric that it was poorly sewed to. By the end of the first night, the zipper in the back had broken off... and was never abused. The costume looks great, but don't expect it to last more than a few nights.
