Title: fun to play with but too expensive

I bought this costume for my 19 month old for halloween. The sizing is great and my 3.5 year old can wear it too due to the adjustable shoulder straps. I was so excited to get this but when I took it out of it's packageing the ladder and firehose decals were stuck and even almost melted together. It was like it had been stored in a HOT place for a while. I managed to separate the ladder fine but the side with the hose tore in several places and the silver hose part actually left a print of it's self on the side it was stuck too so there are two pieces of it. It looks terrible. The dog on the back of the costume is sewn on and looks great. I had the immpression that would be the case with the ladder and hose too. If this didn't occur I would have no problem spending the money for this but can't return it now because it is too close to halloween.
