Title: cute but complicated

Loved the bird! It was just like the picture, cute and colorful and fun!! Only problem is that we couldn't figure out how to attach this parrot on our shoulder like a pirate. Arrrrr!!

The parrot looks great, but I couldn't get it to stay on my daughter's shoulder to save my life. It would've lbeen a great addition to her Halloween costume. We ended up letting her carry it.
