Be sure to have several on hand for decorating inside (tying a balloon to the birthday child’s chair is a popular idea), and outside (to easily identify the party location). Balloon measures approximately 17” in diameter. Pattern is printed on both sides of balloon. May have two different images on either side.

Title: Unique Balloon!!!

We fell in love with this theme! We didn't find anything close to it at the Party stores, only skulls that were scary & boy-ish. This completed the birthday girls day, attached to the chair she sat in to open all her presents! We were able to have it filled at our local chain party store for about 60 cents.
