Title: too short

This petticoat child's size is really short. I bought it to fit under the candy corn witch costume like was shown in the picture. There is no way it can be seen peeking out from the bottom. Very disappointed.

I bought this little petticoat for my granddaughter to wear under her Halloween costume. It made the skirt stand out better and just added that little touch to the overall look of her outfit. Very nice.
