Title: Beware of Chin Straps

I would have given 5 stars to every category, but the chin straps sabotage this product because they are TOO SMALL. My 2 year old could not wear the hat because it was cutting into her chin and sides of her face. I tried to wear it a little while to loosen the elastic up, but it didn't work. The actual hat is wonderful, but have some sort of back up plan for the straps.

Title: Great Hat, but couldnt wear it

These hats looked amazing, that were a bit of a pain to put together, but the real complaint was that none of the kids could even wear the hat because the string was so short that it was painful. These are kids 3-5 years old. Needless to say, they sat on the table all night unused.

Title: Great birthday hats

I've been waiting a long time for Max and Ruby party supplies and the hats were great. The only drawback was finding them undone when they arrived, so that took extra time to put together. Overall a big hit with the little kids.

hats were very cute but the only reason for the average rating was that the hats strings are small and the hats did not fit adults and barely fit my 3 yr old, very tight!

While these hats are super-cute, they need to be put together. I was disappointed to learn that I had to put the rubber tand things on them as well as fold them up. Between that and also putting together the other things I bought, I spent a good 30 minutes on it. For the price and expensive shipping cost- not worth it.
