Title: Disappointed in product quality and packaging

The frame and matte are very cute, however, the 'glass' for the frame is acrylic and when they packaged the product the matte was placed under the frame (loose) and the back of the frame scratched the matte leaving white scratches on the plaid pattern of the matting. Disappointed and would have returned but would have to pay for return shipping. It wasn't worth it.
