Title: Think before you buy

Be sure you have plenty of time to put these little party hats together and be sure you have some tape to hold them together. Then you can hook the little thin elastic band on the hat. Try not to touch or they will fall apart!

These are a pain to put together without tearing! We made sure to tape the tab (once we FINALLY got it in the slot) so these would not fall apart on the kids heads. There has to be a better way to get party hats!

No instructions and very hard to figure out I ripped a couple trying I was not looking forward to making 24 hats.

The hats were very cheap and difficult to put together. I would not purchase these again. They were cute but ripped easily.

I bought these hats for my son's baseball themed first birthday party. The quality of the hat is just okay. (But the price is very reasonable.) The hats did not come assembled or with instructions, but all of the needed pieces were included.
