Title: Made my daughter happy.

We had my daughter's party where you are limited in your decorating allowances. Nothing on the walls, ceiling, etc. so, balloons are a nice option if you have a theme. The pictures on the balloon are nice and not cheap looking.

Birthday/party Express was the only place I could find a Lalaloopsy Balloon to go along with my daughters Birthday Party Theme! It is SEW cute and my 5 year old has been enjoying it even after the party!!
