Title: Hula Blowouts

I had to assemble the product which took time. (Just putting the picture of the girl onto the blowout). The kids at the party broke it easily.

Title: Cute - but must assemble yourself

I was a little surprised that these were regular colourful blowouts that came with a separate package of cardboard hola pieces that you silde over the blowouts. They look cute and are good quality, it just happened to be a step that I wasn't expecting. Not really a big deal - the end result is fine.
