I saw this theme in a local party store and was so excited to see that I could buy the EXACT same products at Celebrate Express. Delivery was very quick too. I will only buy from Celebrate Express for my party supplies. And this was for my daughters 1st Birthday, so everything had to be perfect, and it was! In fact Celebrate Express had more items within my theme than what the party store had....yesss! This balloon lasted for weeks!
