Title: Assembly Required

Downer right? I bought these with the plain yellow cone hats and these ones required assembling. HOWEVER they were MUCH cheaper so can't complain. Be aware though that the "froggie" is pictured on the side of the hat (which was bad news for my plans for the hats)

Title: Cute but not easy to put together

These hats are cute for a party, but I have yet to have great success with assembling them. My frustration level started to go up beacsue I couldn't get it to stay linked so I have stopped to try again another day closer to the party.
