There's no frowns when this cute clown is around.

Come one, come all because the circus will be in town when this comedian comes around. Costume includes a white off the shoulder mini dress with multicolored polka dot print, ruffled trim, a pink waist ribbon, and three button puffs down the middle. 3-piece set. Polyester. Not imported. Dry clean.

Does not include wig, thigh high stockings, or shoes.

I hate it when I find a costume online and order it, and the sizing is off! This costume fits my sister who wears a 12/13 in jeans! I am returning for a refund. On the plus, the costume is adorable! I'm just bummed this isn't want I'm going to be for Halloween!
