Title: Needs some TLC

The hat arrived crooked and very misshapen. It fits well, and after a quick steam we were able to tweak it back but even now I see it returning to its original crooked form.

This hat was great quality! It fit my husband's head perfect (he has a large head. ) The texture and feel are of a high end hat. I would definitely recommend to anyone.
