Title: Great product, good purchase

I did order this banner for my little 1st birthday. The customer service contacted me after first purchase since the picture was not clear enough and they offered me to cancel that order. Their process for cancellation and credit return were very fast. I appreciated what they concerned about quality of product to meet customer expectation rather than just do what I ordered. After I got an email about picture recommendation I ordered the new one. The banner has very good quality and clear picture. I love it and plan to order for him again next year.

The quality, color and texture was more than i expected! at the party we used a sharpy to inital and write on banner! My niece just loved it - other niece and nephews want one for their birthday and they are teenagers!

Title: Love the banner except scratch in the middle

The banner looks good, except the scratch in middle of the banner on top side. This is not viewable from long distance but i would have been more happy id there are no scratches on it as we are going to put this on my son's bed room.

I was very surprised at the quality and durability of the banner. We hung it outside of our garage and it stayed in place overnight! It was a hit! It was beautiful and added a special something to the party. I was very pleased with this purchase.
