Title: Runs Small for Adults

I brought this costume so I could dress up with my son for Halloween. It was an Adult costume that said "one size fits all" I was a little worried. When I recieved the package it said sizes 4-10. I weigh 130 pounds and I am 5 feet tall. I was able to fit into it but it is tight and I had to wear leggings underneath because it is short. As a fun factor. I loved it, it was cute, I got compliments and it was fun to participate in a parade with my son. Also, the price was right. I didn't want to spend a lot of money for a costume. Overall, it worked. But the quality of the material is cheap. You pay for what you get I suppose. But I think this costume is more for Junior girls. Happy Halloween!
