We purchased a cowboy birthday banner from Celebrate Express and couldn't have been happier with the shipping speed and quality of the banner. I almost ordered from another company, but they weren't able to ship the order in time for the party, unlike Celebrate Express who provided a shipping guarantee. The banner added a special touch to our child's first birthday celebration.

This is the perfect accent for my son's upcoming 2nd bday party. I ordered one in a different theme last year for the 1st bday, and was back again this year because these banners are great! I am sure we'll be looking again next year for the 3rd bday.

This is a quality banner. Made of vinyl perfect for indoor or outdoor use has grommets for hanging. Excellent price for quality. I would purchase again for other occassions shipped really fast. This company met all of my expectations and then some!!!!
