With a hint of sophistication from the Victorian era, this hat is the perfect accessory for many costumes. This flared, party sized top hat features shiny velvet with grosgrain ribbon band. It also includes an attached headband which features satin ribbons that can be tied behind the ears to keep your hat on and keep your hair in place! Polyester. Spot clean.

Title: nice, but not what I expected

The band is very comfortable, but the hat arrived a bit squished, so it's not as perky as it is in this photo & it is a darker shade of red, not bright red, but not burgandy either.
