I ordered this theme for my daughter's 12th birthday and when I received my order I was a little dissappointed with the quality of the plates. In my opinion they are not sturdy enough and a little bit of poor quality. I called Celebrate Express and they were super nice about the situation and credited me a portion of my order for the inconvenience. The respresentative I spoke with was very professional and kind and really made me feel comforatable. Regardless of my little problem Celebrate Express remains my #1 party supply store and they will be seeing many more of my orders in the furture.
