Title: Not as pictured

The particular one I recieved was not as fluffy looking as the one pictured. It was rather slim, skinny looking. As I pulled it out of the packaging bag, feathers began to float in the air...I shook it a look to get the loose ones off, and of course more flew off, I draped it around my shoulders, and as I walked more came off. Anyway I contacted customer service and they so kindly are going to replace it. So I can't complain about that. Maybe I just got a bad one. But customer service was really helpful and answered my questions about it very quickly.
