Title: Ugly costume

The baby dorothy costume was not what I expected. The ribbon trip on the sleeves didn't match the rest of the dress. The material was rough. The bow was made out of a thin ribbon that would have to be tied around the babies head which would never stay. I'm returning it immediately.
