Title: Misleading photo

This petticoat is a single layer of tulle and does not have the fullness of the one shown in th photo. The ruffles are about a centimeter long and do not offer fullness. I am keeping it, using it underneath another that I've purchased for maximum fullness...however the other I purchased from a local Halloween store was twice as full and $10 cheaper. I do not recommend this product at the price it is sold for.
